I’m going to be in Seattle this weekend for Emerald City Comic Con, March 1-3. It’s a great show where Steve Rolston and I actually debuted our GHOST PROJEKT series a few years back with Oni Press and I’m really excited to go back.
This will be my first time having a table at a convention (all these years in and out of this industry and I’ve never done that before) and I’ll have copies of all GREAT PACIFIC variants, printings, etc. for sale, as well as a few GHOST PROJEKT and SPONTANEOUS hardcovers. I’m also bringing some GREAT PACIFIC posters to give away to folks who stop by TABLE #P-12 and ask.
But I’ve got a pretty packed schedule around that, including a couple of panels, plenty of signing times at different publishers’ booths, and a pretty damn big announcement regarding a new series I’m writing and I’m ‘bouncing off the walls’ excited for that news to break!
FRIDAY, MARCH 1st

SUNDAY, MARCH 3rd
1:00 – 2:00 — Wondrous Worlds, Fractured Futures: Speculative Fiction and Image Comics
With the unlimited potential of comics, there is perhaps no better medium for speculative fiction than comics. Limited only by their imaginations, Image Comics creators have been creating far-flung universes and dystopian futures where science, fantasy, and technology explode in rich possibilities. Find out why they choose science fiction, how they build worlds, and what inspires them. Panelists: Duffy Boudreau (BlackAcre), Joe Harris (Great Pacific), Fiona Staples (Saga), Richard Starkings (Elephantmen), Kurtis J. Wiebe and Riley Rossmo (Debris) SUNDAY 1 PM Hall B
Aside from this, I’ll be around my table (#P-12), nestled betwixt and between Ethan Van Sciver and Brett Weldele and loomed over by this nifty banner Martin Morazzo helped me put together…
